What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?The Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, items such as your name, address, date of birth, age, gender, state of residence, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information which identifies you. If you choose to register with our Service and create a Member account, you may be required to provide Personal Information to access or use certain parts of our Service. If you do not provide the requested Personal Information, you may not be able to access or use the features of the Service where such information is requested. When do we collect information?We collect information from you when you register on our Site or through our mobile application. We also collect personal identifying information upon your pre-order purchase through NovaFarms.com menu. Customers ordering online enter first name, last name and cell phone number in order to place on order through Nova Farms software and/or third party Ecommerce solutions. Customers voluntarily opt in to Nova Farms’ text to customer system by going through the steps of a pre-order on NovaFarms.com.
How do we use your information?We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the Site, order Nova Farms products from its online menu or use certain other site features in the following ways:• To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Site feature.• To send periodic emails & text messages regarding your order or other additional products and services.• To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries).
